Our methodology is built upon the experience we gained in the course of several years of designing e-learning courses for business.

COURSES developed according to the customer's instructions

We specialize in creating dedicated and tailored courses on any subjects. These courses are strictly correlated to specific and detailed requirements of our business clients. Companies are free to choose a method of cooperation in their development process. Some of them provides us with didactic materials and ready-made components while other customers suggest a subject that is developed by our experts incooperation with Hoffmann Consulting the sister consulting and training company.

BLENDED LEARNING

LearnUp provides blended learning training which we develop together with experienced trainers and consultants from Hoffmann Consulting the consulting and training company.

It is a form of training that combines traditional training techniques with e-learning.

Taking into account the clients’ characteristics, we design the training process with the use of e-learning tools such as online courses, webcasts, tests, surveyswhich are used to support a trainer during a traditional training.

We found that by using different forms of communication trainings become more efficient and allow employees to develop specific competencies.

E-learning courses are recommended for knowledge acquisition and consolidation. Traditional trainings develop skills and codes of conduct.
